Lorraine said she was ‘cross’ with the popstar for ‘what she’s done to herself’
Lorraine Kelly has compared Madonna to a “boiled egg” after saying she couldn’t recognise the icon’s face in a recent video.
The music legend sent the internet into meltdown overnight following her latest TikTok which appears to address her sexuality.
She made the cryptic hint about her sexuality in a short, five-second-long clip. In the video, Madonna can be seen holding a pair of hot pink underpants.
The caption over the video reads: “If I miss, I’m gay.”
Then she throws the underwear in the direction of a bin, totally missing and then shrugging.
Naturally, fans have speculated whether this was her coming out, and on Monday morning Lorraine spoke to showbiz correspondent Ross King on her show about the viral video.
“Is that actually Madonna,” she began.
“I don’t recognise her honestly, what’s she done to herself? She was so beautiful.
“Why why why do women do this to themselves? She looks like a boiled egg. She doesn’t look like she’s got any features at all.
“I’m cross because I really like her. I really do.”
Kelly compared the ‘Material Girl’ singer to Annie Lennox, describing the 67-year-old as “phenomenal”.
“And she looks a hell of a lot better than Madonna does because she hasn’t had any work done on her face and she looks incredible!” she added
Addressing the TikTok, Lorraine added: “I don’t know what she’s doing there. I’m not sure what that’s all about.
“But like you say, we’re talking about it therefore that was probably what it was all about.”

Madonna has previously been vague about her sexuality, having said in the past that she thinks “everybody has a bisexual nature.”
And back in 2003 Madonna, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera famously caused a stir on stage at the MTV VMA Awards with a steamy kiss.
