A new Lord of the Rings trailer has dropped ahead of the trilogy's 25th anniversary return.
The iconic trilogy based on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien will be returning to cinemas and distributed by Fathom Entertainment.
To announce the news to fans, a new trailer has been released to get fans excited to relive the entire 11.5 hours of Middle Earth extended edition magic all over again.
While it was initially confirmed that the first film of the trilogy would return in US cinemas from 16-19 and 23-25 January, the UK now has dates too.
Empire initially wrote that they would be surprised if the films were not also shown in UK cinemas too to mark the anniversary.
And now, VUE cinemas have put tickets up for sale on their website for between 16 and 20 January.
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring was released on 10 December 2001 in the UK.
