Jesy Nelson was enjoying her New Years celebrations when she got someone to take a picture of her, which she then posted to Instagram. While a lot of people complimented her outfit and overall look, there was something else in the photo that had her fans distracted. They were more focused on the paintwork on the walls and the floorboards.

One person said, "great abs..but a creepy creepy looking house is standing out to me," while another said, "OH MY GOD YOU’RE A DREAM! Those walls/floor around you not so much.” Others couldn't resist the urge to joke about the situation saying, "New year sale on wall papering if you want a quote?", "Do you need a decorator? I can do it. Will work for beers," and "Are you not very good at wall-papering?"
Many were quick to defend the singer, "Will everyone please just stop going on about the background. Just leave the poor girl alone. The year has only just started and people are already moaning."
