Not the most professional way to introduce a segment, is it?
"Who was that!?" a startled Holly Willoughby cried out, clearly unsure of who it was even though it was likely just a crew member she had been working with for the best part of nine years.
His names Dave, Holly. He was at your child's christening. Honestly.
And that isn't even the worst part.
She seemed, and how do I put this delicately, really into the whole interruption. Like seriously into it. Look at that lip bite. She looks like David Gandy has just strolled past in a heavily-sodden pair of Calvins.
Which was then quickly followed by this face. What even is this face? Let's compare and contrast, shall we?
From this, a look I like to call "DAMN, son":
To this, a look I like to call "when you realise a fart is coming":
Phil, as ever, remained cool, calm and collected throughout.
Look at him. What a superstar. Not his first rodeo, this. No drama here.
You can watch the incident in the clip below and decide for yourself whether it is the single most exciting thing to ever happen on daytime television.
In my view: yes. Yes it is.
