Swank has spoken about her desire to have children for several years
Hilary Swank has revealed she is pregnant with twins.
The 48-year-old Million Dollar Baby actress told “Good Morning America” co-hosts on Wednesday that she was “so happy” to share news of her pregnancy.
“This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time, and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom,” she said, adding: “And not just of one but of two.”

The Oscar winner went on to say that she “can’t believe it”, and later told how she is “feeling great right now”, after appearing on Live with Kelly and Ryan.
She told hosts, Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest, that her clothes have “started not to fit.”
Swank has spoken about her desire to have children for years. In 2006, she told People: “I definitely would like kids someday.
“That’s definitely something that I’ve always thought about as a very, very young girl.”

Swank noted at the time that she “love[s] kids,” adding” “That would be an important thing to happen for me someday whenever the time is right.”
The “Alaska Daily” star was married to Chad Lowe at the time, but she divorced the actor, now 54, the following year.
She then dated her agent, John Campisi, from 2007 to 2012 and was briefly engaged to financial adviser Ruben Torres in 2016.
She married to producer Philip Schneider in August 2018 after being together for two years.
On their first anniversary, Swank posted on Instagram about how great the relationship is.

In a caption under a picture of the couple smiling and embracing, she wrote: “It’s been a year!
“The best of my life…besides the first year…and second year together. Happy one year wedding anniversary, to the love of my life.”
