We've all been there - out on the tear, roll home and into bed with a bag of chipper, your alarm goes off after what feels like three minutes of sleep and you have to somehow get up, make it into work and put down your eight hours.
It's sick but has to be done, so our sincerest sympathies go out to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield today.
