Emmerdale viewers spot something doesn’t quite add up in last night’s episode

This one left Emmerdale viewers scratching their heads.

In last night's episode viewers saw Nicola King stopping for a chat in the drizzle with insurance man Neville and Robert Sugden outside Mill Cottage. In the short conversation she discovers there's in fact been no insurance payout after the fire, uncovering more about Rakesh Kotecha's deception. Meanwhile she gets increasingly damp and sodden. As you tend to when standing around in the rain. So far, nothing amiss here then. However when she arrives home moments later Nicola's hair appears to have dried in miraculously fast time. She even seems to have found time to get some professional work done to it as well. When put next to each other, the contrast is more noticeable. Now the soap character either managed to squeeze in a rapid hair salon visit in between discovering the bombshell and getting home, or viewers have uncovered a slightly embarrassing continuity error here.
