Cristiano Ronaldo’s plans for an acting career have taken a bit of a blow

Some will have you believe that Cristiano Ronaldo is past his prime and considering what to do when he retires.
Although there's no indication of when Ronaldo intends to hang up his boots, it has been reported that he may turn his hand to a career in acting and he was even tipped to land a role in Martin Scorsese's film - The Manipulator. Now though, Gazzetta World reports that Scorsese has dropped any plans to cast the Real Madrid man, amid concerns that Ronaldo's involvement might steal the limelight away from the film itself.
The Manipulator focuses on the life of Alessandro Proto, an Italian millionaire thought to have been the inspiration for Fifty Shades of Grey character Christian Grey.
