Fans on social media were quick to point out that Ant appears to have got a new tattoo on the wrist of his right arm.
The TV presenter has faced intense fallout since the accident, with him re-entering rehab and stepping down from his presenting duties for the foreseeable future. He was also handed a £86,000 fine and was banned from driving for 20 months.
Speaking outside of court after sentencing in April, Ant said: "I'm truly sorry for what happened. Higher standards are expected of me," he said in what seemed to be a prepared statement.
"I let myself down, I let a lot of people down, for that I'm truly sorry. I'd like to apologise to everyone involved in the crash and I'm just thankful no-one was seriously hurt."
He has now finished his rehabilitation with it rumoured he will return for a TV special later this year.Explore more on these topics:
