A shortlist of actors to be the next James Bond has reportedly been leaked

It's not a bad list...

While it hasn't been officially confirmed that Daniel Craig will step down as James Bond, it seems increasingly likely that he will not reprise his role for a fifth time. The bookies appear to be convinced about it anyway and they're taking bets on who will replace Craig for the next instalment. According to the Sun, they've obtained an exclusive shortlist of the actors in the running to be the new Bond. Most of them are names you would have heard bandied about a fair bit already, but they'd all offer a different take on the world's most famous spy. Michael Fassbender and Aidan Turner are on there, both actors that definitely have the suave and skill to make the role their own. Other actors on the list according to the report are Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, Luke Evans, Charlie Hunam as well as Jamie Bell and James Norton. Elba (43) is said to be one of the favourites for the role despite his protestations that he's too old take up the mantle of 007. We think they should just bring back Pierce Brosnan at this stage. And we don't need to justify that claim either.
