The imposter sausage was hard to miss
Jeff Stelling's sons caused quite a Christmas stir on his Twitter account with an X-rated festive prank.
A post was uploaded to the Soccer Saturday favourite's account on Saturday that appeared to show a penis wrapped in bacon - just like a pig in blanket - alongside a tray of the real thing.
The picture, which showed sausages wrapped in bacon neatly lined up on a tray lined with tin foil, next to an imposter sausage, was was accompanied by an amusing caption.
It read: "Love cooking Xmas dinner, I always do it in the buff !"
In a response to the now deleted image, Stelling said: "My bloody sons. All their presents going back ! All Robbie will get is a Darlo shirt and Matt a ticket to a Palace game. FFS !!"
The
Daily Star noted that the picture was seen by many of the Sky Sports presenters 220,000 followers, before he deleted it.
Former BBC presenter Simon McCoy replied: "Very naughty. But bloody funny… Happy Christmas x."
Former Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford posted a single laughing crying face emoji with Stelling saying in response: "Kids mate !!!"

Stelling, 67, has three children with wife Liz whom he married back in 1998.
Brothers Robbie, born in 1998, and Matthew, who is a year younger, were blamed for the stunt.
Stelling, who has pretended Gillette Soccer Saturday since 1994, threatening Robbie with a shirt of Hartlepool's rivals Darlington, and joked that Matt would get a single ticket to a Crystal Palace fixture thanks to his support for Brighton.
Stelling stepped down from his Sky Sports role in March.
