Manchester City respond to fan’s request to sign Will Grigg

It doesn't matter if you're a Wigan Athletic supporter or not, the chances are you've probably had the 'Will Grigg's on fire' song in your head at some point in the last couple of weeks.

Initially recorded by Wigan fan Sean Kennedy as a tribute to the man that has helped fire the Latics back into the Championship, the song - which parodies Gala's smash 1997 hit 'Freed from Desire' -  has become a viral sensation since first surfacing online. https://youtu.be/vUlSmCGj1r8 Such is the popularity of the song, supporters of other clubs are keen for their team to make a summer move for Grigg purely so they can sing the song.
