Ryan Giggs’ son doesn’t believe his father was a Manchester United legend

It's hard to think of a player who has given more to a club than Ryan Giggs has to Manchester United.

The current assistant manager picked up 13 league titles, four FA Cup winners' medals and two Champions League crowns during his 24-year playing career at Old Trafford. In short, his legacy can never be questioned. But there's one young fan out there who isn't believing the hype about the retired Welsh winger - his nine-year-old son Zach. Speaking to The Telegraph, Giggs admitted that his son is totally uninterested in his achievements, saying: "As far as he's concerned, I just played for United for a few years and that was that. Forget me – Neymar is his favourite player, then Ronaldo, Messi. "I have to say to him, 'I used to be quicker than Messi'. He's like, 'No you didn't, I'm quicker than you'. He just can't get his head around it. "I find myself saying, 'Here's daddy on TV, here's one of his goals, watch this'. He just wanders out the room."
