La Galaxy completed an emphatic 4-0 victory over Toronto FC on July 4th, with new boy Steven Gerrard watching on from the stands.
Three of the four goals came from last year's MVP, Robbie Keane. While the former Spurs man's trio of goals were impressive, they were arguably overshadowed by the stereotypical American soccer commentary team wheeling out a plethora of wonderfully weird phrases.
We enjoyed "And it's two-nothing Galaxy, tic-tac-toe" and the brilliant "You're gunna get scored on if you have three players in succession wide open."
