Pep Guardiola will take charge of Manchester City next season, the club has confirmed.
With Manuel Pellegrini announcing that this year will be his last at the Etihad, City have released a statement confirming Bayern boss Guardiola will take the reins for the 2016/17 campaign.

Pellegrini, who has been linked with the Valencia job once Gary Neville's temporary stint comes to a close, will leave the club on June 30.
The Chilean will hope to go out on a high by adding further trophies to 2013/14's Premier League and League Cup double.
