Former Newcastle goalkeeper Pavel Srnicek is in a critical condition after suffering a heart attack on Sunday.
The former Czech Republic international, who won 49 caps for his country, was out running near his home in Ostrava when he collapsed, his agent has confirmed.

Srnicek enjoyed two spells at St James' Park, the first between 1991 and 1998 when he almost helped Newcastle to the title in the 1995/96 campaign, and later when he was brought in as emergency cover for Shay Given in 2006.
He currently works as a goalkeeping coach for Sparta Prague.
