Former Newcastle goalkeeper Pavel Srnicek in critical condition after cardiac arrest

Former Newcastle goalkeeper Pavel Srnicek is in a critical condition after suffering a heart attack on Sunday.

He currently works as a goalkeeping coach for Sparta Prague.
