It seems Ronaldo is keen for his son to replicate his dedication when it comes to keeping fit, as he puts Cristiano Jr through his paces in the garden.
The Portuguese goal-machine encourages his son to do ten sit-ups and rewards him with a big hug at the end.
It's enough to melt even our miserable hearts...
