Fire has swept through a hotel in Dubai, close to where the city was due to hold its New Year celebrations.
In the video below, flames can be seen engulfing the building, which is close to the Burj Khalifa - the world's tallest skyscraper.
Burning debris could be seen falling from the building, with fire engines arriving at the scene of the blaze quickly.
