Also coming away with a Facebook Football award was Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial.
Winning the Young Player of the Year award, the young Frenchman said, "Thanks to all Facebook fans for supporting me as the young player of the year. I am happy to be playing in the Premier League and I hope that I will continue to score plenty more".
Elsewhere, Leicester City won the Club of the Year award for their incredible season with Claudio Ranieri winning Manager of the Year.
As for who made the Facebook Football Awards Premier League XI? Well...
On being selected in the Best XI of the Year, Harry Kane said: "It’s great. It shows you are doing something right. The fact that it comes from Facebook who have so many fans worldwide means it’s something I’m very happy with."
