Nigel Farage has grown a moustache and people can’t stop taking the piss

Good Lord.

Nigel Farage has said and done some pretty controversial things in his time as the face of UKIP, but growing a ludicrous attempt at a moustache on the top lip of that face could perhaps be his most controversial move yet. Often characterised as the villainous spiv of modern British politics, the now former leader of the UK Independence Party has seemingly embraced such accusations by taking on the appearance of a Private Walker-esque wide man, selling stockings and imported chocolates. On Friday, Farage showcased what looks like the flattened remains of an elderly caterpillar on Sam Delaney's News Thing on the RT channel. If he was hoping that this would be a innocuous move on a less prominent broadcaster, he was very much mistaken. Quite hysterical images of the MEP donning his brand new grey 'tasche quickly spread across social media, and of course, everyone relished taking the right royal piss.
