Rumours that McDonald's will introduce an all-day breakfast offering have been gaining traction in recent months.
24-hour breakfast menus have been tested in the USA and Australia, with a limited selection available.
But the suggestion that the development will be limited to
mid-afternoon McMuffins in the UK seems to be wide of the mark.

McDonald's is rolling out new items like Belgian waffles and bacon & egg brioche rolls.

Australian customers will be the first guinea pigs for the new inventions, but if it goes down well there may be scope to roll it out elsewhere.
