They're working on power generation with kettlebell swings and squat cleans on the Olympic bar. Then there's the core strength work with Turkish get-ups and weighted pistol squats. Not to mention the pure, brute strength with weighted pull-ups and band-resisted deadlifts.
This lot mean business. Good luck to the team facing the Tigers on the opening day of the football season.
You can see how all this strength and power work translates when you see the athletes beasting the sprint drills and hitting ridiculous heights on the plyometric jumps.
