Colin Jones is a strongman - but he looks like a bodybuilder.

The British powerhouse is a new breed of athlete that has the freaskish strength, but the aesthetics to go with it. Don't believe us? He has a 350kg deadlift, a 300kg squat - but still has six-pack abs. We've already seen how Jones trains hit chest and his shoulders in Parts 1 and 2 of JOE's Strongman Training for Bodybuilders series. Now in Part 3 we look at how the 19-stone athlete trains his legs - looking at traditional squat variations, sled pulls and the farmer's walk.
