Trigger Happy TV is set to make a comeback…

It's been a great couple of weeks for fans of early 2000s TV.

Following the news that The Office star David Brent is set to make a comeback in a new mockumentary movie, Dom Joly has announced the return of Trigger Happy TV. The original series ran from 2000 to 2003, and Joly is planning to produce a more 'cinematic-style' in his forthcoming recreation. "I'm bringing Trigger Happy back. I just went to Channel 4 yesterday. I'm doing it in a very different way," Joly told BBC Radio London. "I'm doing it in kind of 'modules' because I really want to make some cinematic-style ones. I want some really big hits.
