Hell, he's a big lad now - even in his forties. But there was a time that Dwayne Johnson was
really big.
Now the Hollywood star
eats clean and trains dirty. But back in the day he ate pretty dirty too, according to a #ThrowbackThursday post he shared with his Instagram followers a few months back.
As a young 22-year-old man, Johnson had designs on playing American football in the NFL. Although he never made it as a linebacker, he did spend two months on the practice squad for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League way back in 1995.
But before all that, when he was playing for the University of Miami, they probably didn't have the teams of expert nutritionists they have now to plan every last meal down to the last calorie.
So The Rock ate calorie-packed fried chicken to pile on the size, and lots of it by the looks of things.
