Shaggy hatches plot to defeat ISIS

We're starting to think those tasked with stopping ISIS have been looking in all the wrong places.

As politicians turn to terror experts for advice on defeating the Islamic State, late-90s reggae star Shaggy is providing advice for free. No, you didn't read that wrong. That’s some crazy s**t what they’re doing". He suggested the militant group could be stopped using two things - Shaggy's music, and marijuana. "There are two things you want to do when you listen to reggae: You get somebody pregnant, or you’re f**king high. High people don’t want to kill nothing; they want to love," he added.
