American man offers Kanye West fans unique way to get themselves some Yeezy Boost trainers

Matt Neal was one of the lucky few who got their hands on a pair of Kanye West's limited edition Yeezy Boost trainers, but he won't be wearing them. Instead, the American bought the special sneakers in the hopes of upgrading them to something much more important...the kidney he needs to stay alive. Neal, 26, suffers from a rare condition which affects both of his kidneys, but things are looking up for him with multiple potential donors coming forward. “I can’t believe the love and support I’m getting from random strangers,” he told the Daily Dot. It turns out human kindness is still alive and well.
